Virginia Stevans (Ginny) was born in Massapequa, Long Island New York. Her family moved to Holiday when she was 5 years old. She purchased her first house at the age of 20 and now owns here 4^th home in New Port Richey, she is married to the love of her life, Mark and is the busy mom of her 10-year-old son, Jayden, whom she also homeschools.

Ginny has worked and been an active citizen of Pasco County all her life.  In 2005 Virginia was voted in as the president of a grassroots group called HAC (Having Affordable Coverage) which lobbied in Tallahassee concerning the homeowners and sinkhole insurance crisis in Florida. She was instrumental in changes in the laws that affected our rates here in Pasco County. Prior to that her work history included 15 years at St. Luke’s Cataract & Laser Institute in Tarpon Springs. Where she worked hard to earn certification as an ophthalmic technician.

Big changes came to her life in 2010 when her and her husband adopted a little boy and she left the workforce to grow her family and a small antique jewelry business she had for several years.

Then again, she made some changes and took her knowledge and love for her county and became a licensed Realtor, with the intentions of making peoples dreams of being a homeowner become reality.
